White-Label Digital Sales Room: Put Your Brand on the Buyer Experience

Vendor badges and generic templates undercut enterprise credibility. Learn how custom branding and white-labeling make a buyer workspace feel like your product.

You are selling a six-figure contract. Your buyer opens the workspace where the whole evaluation lives — and the first thing they notice is somebody else’s logo in the corner.

It is a small detail that does real damage. In an enterprise evaluation, every surface the buyer touches is evidence about how serious you are.

What Branding Actually Signals

Co-branding says the deal is real

A workspace with your logo beside the prospect’s reads as something built for them. The same workspace with default styling reads as a template you send everyone — because it is.

Vendor badges undercut the story

When the buyer forwards your workspace to a VP, a third-party badge invites a question you do not want asked at that moment: “what tool is this, and should we be evaluating that too?” Attention moves off your product.

Consistency reduces friction

Buyers move between your website, your deck, and your workspace. When those look like the same company, nobody has to re-orient. When they do not, every jump costs a little trust.

Branding That Actually Ships

Kollab includes custom branding on every plan, free included — header colours, your logo, and your prospect’s logo displayed together so the workspace is co-branded from the moment it opens.

On the free plan, workspaces carry a small “Powered by Kollab” badge. On Pro, you remove it — the buyer experience is entirely yours.

A Sensible Branding Checklist

  • Set your defaults once. Configure company branding at the account level so every new workspace inherits it and no rep has to think about it.

  • Always add the prospect’s logo. It takes ten seconds and it is the single clearest signal that the room was built for this deal.

  • Remove the badge before enterprise deals. If procurement or security will see the workspace, make sure the only brands in it are the two companies doing business.

The Room Is Part of the Product

Buyers judge the experience they are given during the evaluation, not just the product they are being sold. A workspace that looks unmistakably like your company is not vanity — it is one fewer reason for anyone to hesitate.
